The Gatlinburg Farmers' Market continues each Saturday morning until October 23. From 8:30-11:30 am local growers sell their produce, breads, honey, jam, live plants and more. Held in the parking lot of The Alamo Restaurant on East Parkway, about a mile east of the main Parkway.
Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales are entertaining you along the Parkway from 6-11 pm until August 13. The full cast of 20 performers (about 14 performing on any given evening) are spread out along the downtown area and include storytellers, actors, musicians, and artisans. They will share stories, demonstrate skill and talent, and answer your questions about what they do. Don't miss this interactive taste of Smoky Mountain history and culture!
The Great Gatlinburg Shark Race will take place on July 30th at 3:00 pm. This fun afternoon benefits United Way of Sevier County while you enjoy up to 5000 plastic sharks racing to the finish line in front of Ripley's Aquarium. Have a blast, help a great cause, and cool off from the summer heat all at once!
Dollywood's Splash Country is open until Monday, September 5 with 26 acres of wet fun! Our registered guests may purchase "Splash and Play" tickets to save big and have big fun. For $88.30 per adult or $71.50 per child, get three full days at Dollywood and Splash Country. This is $5.00 off the gate price and almost $20 less than the price of one day at each park. It also gives you the flexibility to visit both parks in the same day and still counts as one day! We are only permitted to sell this special ticket until August 13 so don't wait. These tickets can be purchased in advance of your stay!
